1. Promoter
The promoter of all competitions is:

2. Definitions
- Competition: Any prize draw or skill-based competition listed on the Platform
- Platform: sterlingplaza.co.uk (Shopify website using PineRaffle)
- Entrant: Any person entering a competition
- Entry: A valid participation in a competition (paid or postal)
- Ticket: A numbered entry allocated to an Entrant
- Winner: A person selected randomly from valid entries
- Prize: The reward advertised for each competition
3. Eligibility
3.1 Competitions are open to UK residents only aged 18 or over.
3.2 By entering, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are legally permitted to enter
- Your details are accurate and truthful
3.3 Employees, associates, or anyone connected to Sterling Plaza may be excluded at our discretion.
3.4 Competitions are governed by English law.
4. How to Enter (Online Entry)
4.1 To enter:
- Select a competition
- Purchase ticket(s)
- Submit your details
4.2 Required details:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number

Failure to provide a valid phone number may result in disqualification. Store credit may be offered at the Promoter’s discretion.
4.3 Entries are only valid once:
- Payment is confirmed
- Ticket numbers are allocated
5. Skill-Based Requirement
5.1 All competitions include a skill-based question.
5.2 Entry is only valid if:
- The question is answered correctly
5.3 Incorrect answers may result in disqualification or invalid entry.
5.4 This ensures competitions are not classified as lotteries under UK law.
6. Free Postal Entry Route
6.1 Free entry is available via post.

6.2 Postal entries must include:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Email address
- Phone number
- Postal address
- Competition name
- Answer to skill question
6.3 Conditions:
- One entry per envelope
- Bulk entries are not accepted
- Entries must arrive before closing time
6.4 Postal entries have equal chance of winning.
7. Ticket Allocation
7.1 Ticket numbers are allocated using PineRaffle or similar systems.
7.2 Entries are valid only when:
- Accepted by the system
- Ticket numbers are assigned
7.3 The Promoter reserves the right to reject invalid or incomplete entries.
8. Competition Opening & Closing
8.1 Each competition will state:
- Opening date
- Closing date
- Draw date
8.2 Competitions close when:
- All tickets are sold OR
- The countdown timer ends
8.3 No entries will be accepted after closing.
9. Winner Selection & Live Draw
9.1 Winners are selected randomly from valid entries.
9.2 Draws are conducted live where possible via:
- TikTok
- YouTube
9.3 Example format:
- 3 winners selected
- Each receives £100 (if £300 pot)
10. Winner Contact & Redraw Policy
10.1 Winners are contacted live by phone during the draw.
10.2 Entrants must be available at the draw time.
10.3 Contact process:
- Up to 3 calls
- Within a 15-minute period
10.4 If no answer:
- The winner may be disqualified
- A new winner may be drawn
11. Prize Details & Payment
11.1 Prizes are as stated on the competition page.
11.2 Cash prizes:
- Paid via bank transfer
- Only to the verified winner
11.3 Winners must provide:
- Valid ID
- Proof of age
- Bank details in their own name
11.4 Prizes are non-transferable.
12. Verification
12.1 Sterling Plaza reserves the right to verify:
- Identity
- Age
- Eligibility
12.2 Failure to provide verification may result in:
- Disqualification
- Loss of prize
13. Disqualification
Entries may be disqualified for:
- Fraud
- False information
- Abuse or misconduct
- Duplicate or bulk postal entries
- Payment issues
- Attempted manipulation
- Breach of Terms
The Promoter’s decision is final.
14. Refund Policy
14.1 All entries are final and non-refundable.

15.1 In case of technical issues (website, payment, ticket allocation, live draw):

- Issue refunds or credit
- Pause competitions
- Redraw winners
- Cancel competitions
15.2 Decisions will be made fairly and reasonably.
16. Cancellation or Amendment

- Modify
- Extend
- Pause competitions
16.2 If cancelled:
- Entrants may receive refunds or store credit

21. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
